Villa Neidstein is a historic building with a strong and authentic identity. Originally built in 1910, it has remained an integral part of Neukirchen near Sulzbach-Rosenberg in the heart of the Oberpfalz region. Over the decades, the villa’s characteristic architectural style has been carefully preserved and continues to define its appearance today.

Renovation with Respect for Substance and Quality

Starting in 2012, the villa underwent extensive renovation. The aim was to preserve the original structure while enabling a contemporary and high-quality use. The former owner, a long-time family friend, personally oversaw the renovation and placed great importance on sustainability, functionality, high-quality materials and a coherent architectural concept.

This careful approach resulted in a villa that retains its historic character while meeting today’s expectations for comfort, technology and living quality.

Takeover, Continuation and Personal Connection

When we learned about the planned sale of the villa, our interest was immediately sparked. I have known the building from a distance since childhood and, over many years, often wondered about the stories behind its walls and what it might look like inside.

Already at our first visit together, we were impressed by the character of the house and its distinctive atmosphere. In October 2025, we finally took over Villa Neidstein and have been running it together ever since.

From the very beginning, it was important to us to continue the existing concept with respect and to carry the story of the house forward rather than interrupt it. The villa is intended to remain a place that radiates calm and offers guests space to arrive and unwind.

Living at Villa Neidstein

Today, the villa offers three stylishly furnished holiday apartments, each with two separate bedrooms and generous living space. The apartments are well suited for families and leisure travellers as well as for business guests, project teams and corporate travellers looking for a quiet and high-quality accommodation for short or longer stays.

If required, additional sleeping arrangements can be provided using extra beds.

Comfort and Facilities

Attention to comfort is reflected in well-considered details. Access to the villa is provided via a modern locking system, allowing for contactless and flexible check-in. Free on-site parking and good overall accessibility contribute to a smooth and relaxed stay.

Garden and Special Occasions

The property includes a private garden, offering guests a sheltered place to relax, spend time together and unwind. Upon prior arrangement, Villa Neidstein can also be used for small private celebrations, such as intimate family weddings.
